Pausing to Power Membership Growth

Each summer I hit “pause” on our usual Founder Friday email for a few weeks. The break buys me a little head-space to chase a short summer business bucket list—projects that, with focus, can make an impact.

Last summer that extra brain space turned into three launches I’m incredibly proud of:

  • DanceRx and NonStop – two new and unique class formats that are gradually but surely adding value to class schedules across our brand.

  • FounderHouse – my first retreat for female franchise founders, now a growing mastermind community for my peers in franchising

What this summer’s pause is for:

Our team recently adopted the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and our laser focus is on membership growth. During the hours I’d normally spend crafting Founder Friday, you’ll find me:

  • Smiling and dialing to call leads to get them on 2 Week Trials

  • Personally recruiting new members as I work to evolve our sales system

  • Rolling up my sleeves for anything else that expands each franchise—member by member—until we’re a beloved household name worldwide

I’ll share moments from that journey (wins and lessons) in my Instagram Stories, so follow along if you’d like a real-time look at the good, bad, and strug-gly.

Founder Friday will be back in your inbox later this summer - hopefully with an even BIGGER DivaDance community behind me!
