A New Bombshell Enters the Villa
This week, DivaDance, a hot new bombshell enters the villa.
Meet our new client avatar, Alexis.
She’s not a pivot — she’s a progression. A reflection of our community today, and a vision of what’s next.
When I first started preparing to franchise DivaDance in 2015, I knew we had to get crystal clear on who we were building this brand for. And from that clarity, “Molly” was anointed as "The Molly" — a real (wonderful) person, and a guiding light for our early growth.
But like all of us, Molly has grown.
She’s now a proud mom, focused on a new chapter — and while she’ll always have a place in our classes, our membership offering simply isn’t her top priority anymore.
That means it’s time for us to evolve, too.
Alexis is 25–45, uses she/her or she/they pronouns, and is in a powerful season of self-prioritization. She’s not married, doesn’t have children, and could be any race or background. She’s employed full-time, has discretionary income, and spends it mindfully — on things that enhance her quality of life.
She cares about impact. She values authenticity. She’s moved beyond burnout — but she’s still reaching higher.
And most of all, she wants to belong.
Recently, I spoke with a franchisee from a brand I deeply respect. She told me she had 700 members. That moment lit a fire in me.
Because if they can build to 700 members, so can we.
But to do that, we have to know exactly who we’re speaking to — and make sure every system, every script, every post is crafted with Alexis in mind.
She doesn’t make decisions like Molly.
She wants proof, not polish. She’s scanning your vibe before she commits her time.
She’s asking:
“What difference does this make in my life?”
“Do I feel safe, welcomed, and represented here?”
“Is this worth it — not just in price, but in energy?”
That’s the bar.
And we’re going to meet her there — with clarity, consistency, and community.
We’re already testing updates to our sales journey, marketing language, and trial experience — so we can meet Alexis exactly where she is.
We’re auditing every assumption we’ve made. We’re saying goodbye to “the way we’ve always done it” and saying yes to what actually works.
This isn’t just about more members. It’s about deeper meaning. It’s about building something that feels like home — for Alexis, and for all of us.
